useless
The app notifications are significantly delayed, which is a critical issue for us if we use app to reply as a chat support for our clients. Additionally, the app is slow and takes time to load on several screens.
We thought of intercom as an Industry standard tool for client engagement, to my surprise they have a worse user experience with this app, here are the reasons, it loads conversations very slowly, when user initiates a new chat, you are notified mostly after an hour through push notification, this in turn ruins the customer experience even before it starts. I am a very frustrated due to this, keeping aside a lot many missing features in the app.
The interface is very slow as app take so much to open.
Intercom has forgotten they have an app works right the opposite of how their desktop app works
If you receive more than one notification, clicking on one of these removes the other notifications that were there making it extremely difficult to get back to conversations that I actually need to.
Then new version keep crashing and conversations doesn't load.
