Works well, but …
I’m primarily using the app to receive push notifications on new incoming chat messages for the lack of desktop notifications. What would really help is if you could make the iOS app also available for installation on macOS, which is now natively supported by Apple.
Disappointing
Notifications not reliably working, unable to properly send file attachments or articles or macros and formatting of my message is incorrect (room between paragraphs is missing)
Saved reply
Cannot use saved reply on spesefic accounts!!!
Nicht benutzbar für Google Login
Google Login geht leider nicht. Egal welcher Server ausgewählt wurde. Ohne Google anmelden geht leider von Seiten der eigenen Firma nicht.
App is crashing

Not working
Can’t sign in! Tried a couple of times, same message keeps popping out: “you were succesfully signed in, but there was a trouble contacting intercom”
Wenns schon beim Anmelden nicht klappt!
Wollte die App heute ausprobieren! Leider kann ich mich in der app nicht anmelden! Genau mein Fall! Wenns da schon nicht klappt -> deinstall!! 6 setzen
Terrible app, actively user-hostile
Ridiculously unfriendly app, quite obviously developed to tick a box ("Yes, we have an app!") without any attention to detail or a desire to create a pleasant, or at least usable, experience. E.g.: I'm going through old conversations to find patterns. Every time I switch to a different app and switch back, the app re-initializes. It takes about half a minute until the list of conversations populates again from scratch, and of course it jumps to the top. Installed, used, got sad, deleted. Intercom, you must really do a better job here.
