Intercom Conversations Reviews
Great when online
The app itself is really good, but only when you are online.
Its behavior towards your status is really inconsistent, and oftentimes in case I am away and reassigning replies but open the app - it decides to bring me back online without me knowing it (the reassigning banner stays btw, I am simply not aware that I'm online already). So I have to constantly check my status in settings not to get another ticket when I'm not on shift. And turning the reassigning back on works really funky as well, like the combination of toggle switches that brings me back offline could be anything: from the correct one (both switches are in the 'enabled' position) to the one as if I should be online.
Reports on app
Hi Intercom team!
It would be really nice, if you could add reports in app version :)
Hope to see such feature in the upcoming updates.
Stay safe!
Almost great!
App works great! But I see two preloaders instead of one when I’m clicking between messages tabs.
Can’t even log in, fixed next day
It’s fixed the next day.
Original: Logging in with email and password works in browser, but the same operation in the app never sent me any verification email.
Bugs and crashes
Clicking on a conversation today will consistently crash the app.
Performance is horrendously slow on iPhone Pro Max .. takes 1-2 min to load up a conversation … pretty unusable at the moment especially the latest update screwed it beyond recognition
PLEASE update your app
Guys, you have an incredible web platform, but a lot of the actual users are on mobile, please give the mobile app the attention it deserves. We would all really appreciate it, and would give you a serious edge in the market. Thanks
Easy to use
I love being able to login and respond on the go when I don’t have my computer nearby. Though are a few bugs, but nothing that interferes with being able to help people.
Barely works
It is so bad that I have to rate it one star to vent.
Don’t use intercom
This app lacks everything you need to run your support and marketing. Not just their app, their mobile SDK causes your app crashes a lot too. Avoid this company.
Notifications
Web version is so nice but the app is so horrible.
Please fix notifications sometimes it’s working so good sometimes is not even working
