Pretty bad
The app is not easy to use and takes a lot of time.
It’s slow.
It leave you notifications on your home screen, even after you have replied to someone.
It defaults to “all” messages showing to you in the app rather than just messages that are relevant to you or addressed to you

This app desperately needs a UI overhaul and more of the intercom features brought to it.
Bugs Buggy
The App for the last 3 months hasn’t been working right, It does not notify my of incoming messages from clients. It constantly says “Reasigning Replies, Tap Here” even though I’m fully logged in both on Mac and iOS. Very Buggy and not a fix in sight.
A good idea that lacks functioning app.
Half baked app compared to the web version.
Unbelievable to see such a useless app from a company that talks about automations- fix your app and make it usable because other comparable apps are gonna take your businesses.
Half the time my email chats are blank. App is almost impossible to use and it’s like it’s built by a big inner dev.

The mobile version isn’t comparable to the web version. I’d love if the mobile site would improve. It would be a big value add for our company.
Terrible experience in comparison to desktop version
You really need to improve this thing. The experience is shockingly subpar in comparison to the desktop version. Very basic things are difficult, clunky or impossible to do on the app. It’s been terrible for too long. Do better.
Sadly Disappointed
The app is honestly terrible compared to the browser experience. From the notifications delay to the macros inefficiencies. I can’t even attach a file to a chat. Add some value to your app. It’s 2022.

Less than basic
Really needs a lot of improvement.
The notifications don’t work consistently so I have to pay constant attention if I’m away from my PC.
No hyperlinks, no quick ways to close out a convo.
Stop being lazy
Fix your app and add more value. It’s 2022. Can’t even edit a snippet before sending it unless you want to edit HTML lol. Can’t see customer recent events or edit qualification attributes. Really? $$$ thousands of dollars per month. Company is worth over $1B and can’t even make a useful app.
