Intercom Conversations

The app is in general very slow. So you spend a lot of time just looking at a loading screen. Once the app is as fast as other messaging apps, like Messenger or Instagram it'll get 5 stars. Another small yet extremely needed feature is the ability to be able to copy/paste user info like user id. Right now it's just concatenated, so if your user ids are UUID you can't copy them from mobile devices.

It’s fixed the next day. Original: Logging in with email and password works in browser, but the same operation in the app never sent me any verification email.

Clicking on a conversation today will consistently crash the app. Performance is horrendously slow on iPhone Pro Max .. takes 1-2 min to load up a conversation … pretty unusable at the moment especially the latest update screwed it beyond recognition

Guys, you have an incredible web platform, but a lot of the actual users are on mobile, please give the mobile app the attention it deserves. We would all really appreciate it, and would give you a serious edge in the market. Thanks

I love being able to login and respond on the go when I don’t have my computer nearby. Though are a few bugs, but nothing that interferes with being able to help people.

It is so bad that I have to rate it one star to vent.

This app lacks everything you need to run your support and marketing. Not just their app, their mobile SDK causes your app crashes a lot too. Avoid this company.

Web version is so nice but the app is so horrible. Please fix notifications sometimes it’s working so good sometimes is not even working

The app is not easy to use and takes a lot of time. It’s slow. It leave you notifications on your home screen, even after you have replied to someone. It defaults to “all” messages showing to you in the app rather than just messages that are relevant to you or addressed to you Just bad

This app desperately needs a UI overhaul and more of the intercom features brought to it.
