Easy to use
For the most part, the app is easy to use. I do think Jira should try using their app more so they can find the parts of the app that are not intuitive. “Creating a child issue” is not straight-forward on the mobile app.

I use this to track all my to do lists from grocery lists to monthly chores.
Used JIRA extensively at my previous job, now use it at home, it is extremely flexible.
I am so frustrated that I cannot use Jira due to the iOS update 16. It will not allow me to roll it back or use it on my iPad. It is so sad. Why can there not be a work around? What can I do. I love to use Jira on all of my devices.
Nothing loads. Terrible. Also prevents you from accessing via a web browser. Do not use.
@jira need help and guidance.
We wish Jira shall bring change in work life of the world with transparency and sincerity. We would like to make jira further robust in the work life of hatecholo Team.
Great app!
This review is mid-2024 after I wrote this in 2022. How do we still not have the ability to copy the URL to a specific Comment on a Jira Issue? We have to go to the website to get this? Can we just get parity to what Slack can do? Otherwise, my team naturally starts moving to Slack because Jira is harder to use than (or lacks parity re: basic aspects of) Jira’s website.
This app is good but not good enough. I find it surprising that there is no easy way to view epics. There is the timeline view which is not as user friendly as the web view. A strategizing app like this should provide a proper hierarchies view of goals -> epics -> issues -> tasks nav. That’s missing. Without this a planner and project manager is just lost in all the details and has to weed through too many signals to figure what’s going on. This should be a Quick Look up info but that’s not what the app can provide.
