Scan
I could not find out how to use your scan to scan the passport.
Sloppy app
The app offers all the functions you need but fails to provide information in a timely manner. If you check your booked flight it will take a while. If you want to change seating it will take a while. If you want to purchase an extra option, same thing. It can be done better.
Doesn’t work
The app doesn’t work, get an error at login each time. Why make an app if you don’t care about it? It is one more piece of junk on my phone,
Buggy app
There are numerous times were you cannot authenticate thought the mobile application but that is not the case with the web version . The information about flights is not updated .
Nothing but trouble and pointless support
Temperamental, buggy. Multiple problems with booking and payments on iOS
Worst web site dver
Payment of the ticket is a nightmare. It is counterintuitive, a complete mess. The person/company who/that programmed that mess should get fired!!!
For me, definitely the best airline in Europe
I love to fly KLM. The app works quite well to book flights and the communication is quite efficient as well.
