Doubt I’ll fly you again and I haven’t even taken the flight yet as I can’t abide underhand pricing and the ridiculous seat pricing that one has no clue about until you have booked your non refundable ticket.

User Friendly
The app is nice to use and I can check easily what I was looking for. Fast to check in and I can change immediately if I forgot something .
Extremely unhelpful customer service
I purchased a ticket from KLM and the ticket price was withdrawn twice under different booking codes. After staying hours trying to get in touch with customer service, agents hung up in my face multiple times and refused to handle my call. This is a disgrace, as I have never been treated so poorly by KLM before. The app offers no emergency number whatsoever and no information on how to handle complaints, who to contact for complaints and what to do in a situation such as this one. It is awful that KLM would let this happen, I am extremely disappointed as flying with them has cost me a fortune for nothing. I expect to be contacted by this evening or I will have to take further action. Completely unacceptable.
