Poor User Interface
Choosing a destination is tough because you have to scroll a list of every airport in the world. Good luck if going to Zurich. Why not provide a keyboard like every other travel app in the world?

KLM is a really good airline and took it to Kenya from Amsterdam! Have to credit going through @Schiphol was easy and your staff and inflight crew was tremendous. Lastly your product and aircraft also superior
Voucher use
Impossible task to use vouchers- first they were not linked to my account, than it did not show 13 digits but only 9 and rest was under the box stating exp date. If I did not write numbers last May I could not use 2,000 dollar voucher. I had two more vouchers for 140$ - but was unable to use them- app directed me to payment by credit card.

All is great with the KLM app. as well as the easy and comfortable way to navigate through it. The only thing I would say if anything that needs to be looked at is the function of some of the option. Often the page says not available.

Logon Not Possible
When I attempted to logon, the app reported “an unknown technical error has occurred. Please try again later or contact the KLM Customer Care Centre.” I have attempted logging on throughout the day, using the same username and password that works on the KLM browser, to no avail. And the app doesn’t give me a method for contacting the KLM Customer Care Centre.
Poorly tested app
Unfortunately I need to use the KLM app, but I am getting frustrated with it all the time: features not working or being unable to submit the information they are asking for. KLM: do better!
Useless app
Absolutely useless all full of bugs, crashes, and unusable front end.
