KLM - Book a flight

It is awful. I have tickets with KLM and my app says I have to update my phone, but this update doesn’t exist for my phone and even other newer phones don’t have it. It is a SHAME. I am not buying a new phone because KLM app says I can’t use it. Awful experience!!!!

Good app with great functionality but frustratingly slow at loading booking details every single time the app is opened.

Very handy and convenient. Not sure why it never remembers my passport details. Annoying as a frequent traveller. Wish the seat selection would appear before physically checking in, as a bit of a faff after the fact to change but possible.

Unable to select seats during check in in app

Could’nt pay with card, because KLM said expire date on ny MC was January 2029 was in the past!!! I live in 2024, good thing to see that KLM lives in 2030 atleast. Absolut horrible app! Filling in passport details is also hopeless. Filled in 7 passport, the same way - but one Of them must be filled out 100s Of times, berøre KLM accept it. Never KLM again in my life!
