At the beginning the app says that my perfectly good working email address is incorrect. (iCloud - I think you might have heard that somewhere) Support says that I can contact someone else or use another email. Maybe you should hire someone who can do the job?
It is impossible to view the boarding pass in this app
This is ridiculous. You create account and then server error and can’t log in. Persist for a few days now. Embarrassing. I do not recommend!
The app crashed during booking a trip. My bank account was charged but the ticket was not issued
I really appreciate user experience design in this app. Intuitive, fast and easy. Especially search, confirmation and payment. Good job! 💙
The app is nice visually but when you have a booking for more than one person, upon check in, it only generates the boarding pass for the person who booked the flight. The other people need to print their boarding passes at the airport, which defeats the whole point of having an app and a virtual wallet on your phone, two stars until this bug is fixed
Very friendly application in use
App stopped to work without update. Not possible to skip the Update screen. But with ios 15.8, there is no update available. So some IS genius from KLM decided to upgrade the app and kill it for a number of Apple users (my iphone does not see ios 16 updates). It was a good app - but it is already the 2nd time that it is upgraded and stops to work suddenly - just when you need the boarding card.
when the application said that it would choose the German language because it didn't like me, I couldn't change the language and that's the main problem of this application. That's why I can't use it, I don't recommend it. no one answers my question on WhatsApp, the administration answers my questions in passing Unfortunately, I was not given a specific answer, I would like to leave a negative review for the second time because it is impossible to change the language in the application, neither in English nor in Polish, the application does not work, they are focused typically on Dutch passengers
