The customer service is very bad and slow and they don’t work at Sunday..they canceled my flight 24 hrs before flight and didn’t call me or even answered my emails/telephone/chat...the worst customer service in the history..I’ll never book again with you

Ik kon mijn klm app niet openen toen ik even wou kijken op mijn profiel omdat ik moest iOS 16 of later hebben op mijn iPhone, tevergeefs kon ik iOS 16 niet downdloaden. Thomas, 13 jaar
