Bekijk de pre-travel checklist en pas uw boeking op elk moment tot aan het inchecken aan. Loungetoegang of extra beenruimte? Verbeter uw reiservaring zelf met een paar tikken.

Luggage lost
I can’t review for 0 star or minus. My luggage was lost from KLM for 29 days already, the customer service can’t do anything but postponing. I’ll keep update til I got my luggage.

Fix iphone app. Latest version does not work at all. Some kind of no internet connection

Je wordt bewust niet naast elkaar geplaatst om zo nog wat extra te kunnen verdienen. Terwijl de plekken gewoon vrij zijn. Dat voelt als afzetterij.

iOS restricties
Ik kon mijn klm app niet openen toen ik even wou kijken op mijn profiel omdat ik moest iOS 16 of later hebben op mijn iPhone, tevergeefs kon ik iOS 16 niet downdloaden. Thomas, 13 jaar

Waarom doen alle apps het op m'n telefoon maar roept de KLM app om een update die m'n telefoon niet aan kan? Is deze app zo ingewikkeld? Moet ik nu met een andere maatschappij vliegen? Ik baal hiervan.
