Ik kon mijn klm app niet openen toen ik even wou kijken op mijn profiel omdat ik moest iOS 16 of later hebben op mijn iPhone, tevergeefs kon ik iOS 16 niet downdloaden. Thomas, 13 jaar

Waarom doen alle apps het op m'n telefoon maar roept de KLM app om een update die m'n telefoon niet aan kan? Is deze app zo ingewikkeld? Moet ik nu met een andere maatschappij vliegen? Ik baal hiervan.
Really slow app
The app is really slow. And has to load all the data every time again, while traveling some aspect would be benefit from offline service. The app does not synchronize correctly. Seat selection is also not working in the app.
