Lazada’s fraud seller that i’ve dealt with and ask for a refund however, till date no response or either acknowledgement that my email was received, very disappointing, i have purchased for a gaming chair for my daughter and it turns out they the seller is fraud. No action was taken from their side, won’t recommend to purchase anything at all. Poor service on customer query...

We order and pay for house to house delivery but your partner LBC feel so lazy to deliver it at home. Better remove lbc as your partner because they will not give you profits but loses!

The items are not original even they mention as original. I brought one mobile and watch both are not original.
I may say it’s a total scam or a game of luck for MEM’s Store under Lazada . I ordered 2 packs of Cristmas package worth 1400 pesos each but the sent me a box of item with alot of missing items from the description of what i ordered. The customer service then asked me when i complained “have you read the specification?” Oh! My fault!!! Oh God my fault coz the description and the photo posted is exactly the same ! Is my brain not working that well on the day that i ordered??? Gosh paying 1400 x2 (2600+) to get less and specially be embarrased coz i ordered Dec 13 to have this as a christmas gift for my sister inlaw and my mom but christmas and new year came they didnt received it. Until today but totally more embarrasing coz they only received a few items. I dont know if they will do something about this or this will just be forgotten. I hope Lazada will do something about this.
