Amazing video explanations

Great explanations and amazing videos

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE

I got it for Netflix for dual language on screen, it doesn’t work and there is no customer support to rectify the issue. I am a paid member, they just take your money and do not care if the app or extension on the browser is not working, I have already submitted 2 tickets but no response and no customer care number. The extension defaults all shows on Netflix to Spanish when I am trying to learn French. -1 out 10 do not recommend. The catalog is boring and has limited shows for the price of admission.

Trial is a scam

I canceled the trial in time and was still charged. The Netflix function only works at PC - no ipad or iphone compatibily. Catalog is poor.

Can’t use my purchase

I used to be happy with this. Now not so much; sorry, I have renewed my subscription which was on sale and I can’t download anything and on top of everything it still was on trial. I tried reinstalling; nothing worked sorry. Need my money back please.

Incompatible with mobile devices

I hate how the app is incompatible with mobile devices like iPad, the app doesn’t work horizontally which is super annoying. When I’m in the show selection menu, it forces my iPad to go vertically. Even with rotation lock it turns back to vertical. Netflix shows can’t even be watched on the app, it says you have to use a computer.

I’d recommend Lingopie

Learning another language isn’t easy. Lingopie is a good tool to have in an arsenal of other tools. It won’t turn you into a Spanish language professor however it will help you in your journey. I’m glad I got it

I lost my Japanese subtitles

I guess this recent update is glitching out my app, great service but I’m having issues with mine.

Sentences are not translated as a whole

Don’t purchase this app as they don’t properly translate the sentences you will get confused a lot. They translate the sentences one by one rather than translating them as a whole for it to make sense. You hear “he” then “she” it’s so confusing to understand who they are talking about. I’ve been complaining about the same serie for months and they are still not fixed. At this point I want to be refunded! Because this is so frustrating why am I paying for an app I find mistakes constantly??

Lingopie just took $70 out of my account today and I haven’t used it since December 2020

I haven’t used it since December of 2020, why did it take $70 out of my account today, Sept 18 2021?? I swear I cancelled my subscription, and never even subscribed to the yearly plan in the first place. I better get a refund for this scam.
