Tôi kp có time đên phòng tập đuọc MAD hướng dẫn tập tại nhà tôi cảm thấy thêm động lực đầy năng lượng tập tại nhà cũng như phòng gy, các bạn nên đăng ký sớm tập cùng MAD để có cơ thể khoẻ mạnh và vóc dáng đẹp

gửi link đăng ký 1 gói tập có 15.19 usd, thanh toán xong gửi 3 bill tới 1 lúc, phát sinh thêm 2 bill gồm 19.99 usd và 29.95usd , mà ko có ghi trong hợp đồng lúc thanh toán. tôi không đồng ý vớ cách thanh toán trên. tôi muốn huỷ và hoàn tiền. và đây là trích trong mail của support app Xin chào, Cảm ơn bạn đã trả lời. Tôi hiểu điều này có thể gây nhầm lẫn như thế nào, hãy để tôi giải thích các khoản phí cho bạn. Sau khi xem xét tài khoản của bạn, tôi phát hiện ra rằng bạn bị tính phí 15,19 USD cho gói giới thiệu Mad Muscles và sau đó chọn thêm quyền truy cập vào các tính năng nâng cao trong ứng dụng với giá 19,99 USD. I have canceled all subscriptions from Dec 30, 2023 and stoped using app. But app/website still auto add a 128$ subscription on May, 2024. Dont use this app by any way, they are not clearly about everything. I canceled the new subscriptions and request an immediate refund but they only announced receipt and silent for month.

I signed up to cancel my subscription but couldn't and the app automatically deducted money from my card
Madmuscles is actually scam!!!
Madmuscles’s website illegally charge fee for 12 months plans (99.96 USD) that higher than indicated price (25.99 USD) without user’s permission. In Addition, this website also trapped the users to charged the offsetting fee 29.97 USD without any notification. The option to cancel subscription is not available in this app.
