Downloaded the app for meal plans and workout plans. They withdraw three payment without my consent! Both Apple and MadMuscles don’t respond at all!

They are not trustworthy
I wanted to subscribe for the 1 month plan that was just for 18 euros. They charged me 35 euros extra without me even choosing the extra services. I mailed them for a refund hopefully they will atleast pay money back. Anyways im going to report to my bank since the transaction is still reserved. :(
Membership
I wanted to try the app. Instead of paying the workout only fee I ended up by pressing next and next thinking it was messaging only paying almost 100,-. Contacted support directly and wanted a refund and was denied. I have not used the app. It is a scam.

Following the canceling procedures on their website, they still charged my creditcard next year. Very fraudulent business, check this company out online on this topic

DO NOT USE THIS APP! They charge you more than what is offered. I signed up for a 4-week deal for 18,95 euros and they charged me an additional 49,95 euros for no reason! Have written the support team immediately but heard nothing back. I cancelled my subscription to avoid auto renewal, but I’m reading that others have difficulties getting out of it. It’s a fraud and a scam company!
Don’t use this app!!!
You will be tricked into extra expensive subscriptions. They won’t help you and you will loose your money. After the first period the subscription gets crazy expensive.
