I downloaded this app after seeing it advertised on Facebook. I signed up and paid what I thought was £25. I found it confusing and so decided to delete it within the hour and use something else. After checking my bank account, I had been billed for £81. I contacted customer service and they have refused to refund me.
I was charged £84 for a subscription I didnt agree to buy and when asked for a refund I was refused
This company are fraudulent and will scam you out of more money than you agreed to. I opted to buy a 12 week fitness/nutrition program which cost £30. When I checked my bank account after agreeing to the transaction of £30 there was an additional £50 out of my bank account for “coaching consultation”. I had NO prior knowledge this was going to happen. I had not selected any add-ons whatsoever. I got in touch with their “support” contact and asked for a refund. I was offered 3 extra months of their service (which is in no way tailored to your personal needs at all). This company needs to be audited as their tactics are predatory and unethical. There is no customer service or need for repeat custom. They will simply scam you out of a ridiculous amount of money which you did not initially agree to then deny it ever happened. I urge you to steer well clear of this company!
Signed up for the advertised workout plan at £18.23 (inc. tax) and the website prompted me to download the app, which I did. Suddenly I get an email receipt for £49.95, on top of the £18.23 I already paid! Reading all the other reviews on here I see this predatory tactic seems to have affected the majority of users. I am so angry and completely demotivated to even bother starting the workouts now. AVOID!
THIS APP HAS BEEN TAKING PAYMENTS 7x PAYMENTS FROM ME OF £71.50!! I HAVE NO IDEA THIS WAS HAPPENING DUE TO I DID NOT AUTHORISE THESE TRANSACTIONS!!! 🤬 I CANNOT AND NO IDEA HOW TO SORT THIS!
Only says a ‘discounted’ monthly subscription and you end up paying nearly an extra £90 for a coach and other bull**it which is not clearly stated anywhere, dont bother at all mot helpful one bit. So obvious a scam
Just what I was looking for. Easy to follow and be motivated by. I’m looking forward to progressing with strength and flexibility.
Hidden costs everywhere and when the subscription renewed even after attempts to cancel and I asked for a refund I got told to shove it. Save your money.
I signed up and chose just the workouts. I was charged two lots of £30+ with no explanation and a refusal of a refund of the overcharge. Do not sign up with this company and don’t give them your card details.
