Thieves! I canceled my subscription and they keep charging me, be careful.
Very bad service
When I made one order, I was automatically registered for automated charge and had to pay for order I didn’t make. Even after contacting the company. They refuse to refund me even though I didn’t use the product.

I purchased the app and positively found out that I was charged for extras that I did not ask for. Customer service ignored me. Be careful when purchasing!

Scam
Bought this program a year ago, canceld it after few weeks. Since then this company tries to steal money from my credit card every couple month and my credit company preventing them. This month unfortunately they succeeded and I had to cancel my card. BE CAREFUL !
Unethical Billing Practices – Avoid at All Costs
I am extremely disappointed with Mad Muscles and the way they handle their subscription service. I was charged nearly $200 for an app I haven’t used in months, despite requesting to cancel my subscription. This feels like a deliberate attempt to take advantage of customers who aren’t actively using the app, and it’s nothing short of unethical. Their business model seems designed to trap users into paying for a service they no longer want or need. I requested a cancellation and yet they continued to charge me without any consideration. When I reached out for support, the response I received was dismissive, focusing on technicalities rather than addressing the fact that I was being charged for a service I don’t use. This is not just bad customer service—it's a blatant money grab. I strongly urge others to avoid this company unless they want to risk being charged unfairly. Mad Muscles should be ashamed of how they treat their customers, and I hope they start putting people before profits.
Stay away from this app
Stay away from this app and this company. They will trap you during the process of inquiry and also during the process of checking out. You will end up paying a whole lot more than you initially planned on. They do no offer you a refund unless it falls under very strict guidelines. Ones which are impossible to follow. I have contacted their customer service but it seems like they have a flood of requests so they can’t get to you in time. A huge scam.
