Just wanted to get a plan for 35 USD... Now I am charged double for nothing. Don't get into it. There is no transparency and has a worse payment scheme than most sketchy sites...

Made a plan with no gym and no equipment and then the plan in the app is with both, so can’t use it😮💨 Can’t get refund because they play with The rules of EU.
Absolute scam
Please be aware of this fraudulent scheme. My experience was the exact as everyone else’s on trustpilot. There’s a reason they have 1,5/5 stars on trustpilot. Absolute scam, and I hope everyone else stays far away from it, so they don’t fall victim to the same scheme.

Subscription Scammers
Wrote to support the 10 of August to cancel my subscription and got a confirmation the 17 of August. However they automatically renewed the subscription here in December.

Very bad app
Takes automatic pay and you Can sign it off. The works out are only by video not like a proper menu where you can select what you finhes. Not easy to sign of and make sure you not pay eny more.
