I cancelled my subscription while ago. Suddenly, out of the blue, I saw that they charged me again for my cancelled subscription. I contacted customer service, exchanged 4 times emails with customer service team. Suddenly I received email from them, that I did not respond and they will treat my request as resolved. Be aware and do not subscribe because they will charge you again and again, even after cancellation.
Subscription plans are written so that you seem to be subcribing to fixed perlod but actually getting a continuous and very expensive order. It is was very difficult to unsubscribe. After first attemp you get ”2 montths for free and rejoin anytime”. But actual you have to unsubscribe for the second time to avtually get rid of this
Do not even think of downloading this app, you are setting yourself up for one of the most sophisticated scams out there and you have ZERO legal standing. It’s almost beautiful how much effort went into gaming laws and payment systems. 😂
The app seems legit, but they start to charge you 50 euros /month and it is impossible to cancel the charges as the website does not register the cancellation and there is no response from the customer service.

Bought a one time plan and later found out that I’d been on a plan that costs me money every 3 months. I never signed up on that kind of a plan. Also they lead you to believe that meal/nutrition plan comes with the package but you need to pay extra for that plan. DO NOT USE THIS APP!

Very generic and basic (not customized at all) workouts and no meal plan or challenges included in the price. Can not really recomend this. Almost false advertising EDIT. Changed my rating two stars to one star due to email spamming (even after unsubscribing). 2ND EDIT. Okay I have to raise the review I gave to 3 stars. Because after using the application for a week, I have noticed how versatile the exercises are. Although they are still very traditional and not customized. I still personally don't intend to continue my order and the biggest reason is that your website made it clear that I could use the food/recipe section (but it required an additional fee).
