La aplicación no permite interactuar
En dos ocasiones he adquirido artículos a través de la aplicación y pese a que han sido confirmados y su valor debitado de mi tarjeta, me han cambiado las condiciones y suprimen elementos, que después dicen que por inventario no estaban disponibles, el colmo que en un almacén serio suceda eso. Luego lo ponen a uno a interactuar por WhatsApp y no resuelven nada. 😡

En cualquier temporada encuentro en M Dutti lo mejor de la moda a buenos precios y de buena calidad!!!! Me encanta!

Mal muy mal, dejan hacer pagos por artículos que no están en estock
Esta App es de la prehistoria
La política de devolución de esta aplicación es de la prehistoria. Compré varios artículos y resulta que no permiten hacer cambios por productos diferentes. Algunos de los artículos se ven diametralmente diferentes en las fotos vs. lo que recibes y cuando fui a la tienda para seleccionar otro artículo la respuesta es “no se puede”. Pensé que era una broma pero no. Conclusión: Inditex no tiene omnicanalidad. No saben nada del mundo digital. Son retrógrados, ineficaces, y absurdos.

Es una tortura cambiar lo que se adquiere por la app
Luego de que se compra por al App resulta una tortura los cambios. Argumentado que la app es un externo a la tienda si no hay la misma referencia solo se puede hacer devolución. Para lo cual la tienda se toma su tiempo. En mi caso además no me permitieron cambiar un vestido argumentado que el sistema no lo permitía. Ahora tengo una devolución en curso y un vestido que no me queda. NO vuelvo a utilizar esta app. Y quizá tampoco a comprar en esta tienda en las que llevo años comprando.

Se roban tu dinero
Esta aplicación funciona medianamente bien. No es fácil, pero uno se defiende. El problema es que se roban tu dinero. No envían los productos y no te devuelven la plata. Y adicionalmente, no existe una forma de hacer el reclamo ni de pedir la devolución del dinero. Y tampoco, ellos por su iniciativa lo hacen, obvio. Pésimo
