Too frequent updates
The app itself is good, but the updates are coming too often and you can’t reject them and continue using the app if you don’t have the opportunity to do it straight away. That’s would be nice to have the opportunity to postpone the update (a Ryanair app has this option, and many others). I don’t know your specific but I believe it’s possible, because that’s a bit annoying 🙃 Thanks.
Disappointing
Impossible to set application for different market being in another country🤦♀️ And website opened from phone browser keeps throwing me back to app…
App bug
I tried to change the country of residence for numerous times, but the app crashed every time!
No response from chat
I have no idea how to reach support. I texted them in chat, what’s up. I cannot receive a package as didn’t get a tracking number and time is just passing, my order just waiting at post office to be delivered back. Support didn’t respond in chat or what’s up. Love products, but it’s really disappointing with a delivery and service
Mistakes with wishlist!
My wishlist all times diapers! It’s so uncomfortable, I save items then I look next day and here nothing, empty.

That’s a disaster! I have been waiting for my order a month, and in the end they approved that it was lost. Now I wait for the refund for 6 days and have no information in my account. I will never order again!

Hi, my name is Alesia, I really like design of your app, but I don’t quite understand why you need my date of birth at the time of payment? When I click the date picker to select my date of birth, in the selector I have today's date by default: today is December 13, 2023, I start changing the date and cannot put the 25th because if I select 25, it turns out because I am selecting a future date, which cannot be. My user experience would improve if, after entering the zip code, the city, etc. was automatically pulled up for me. Thank you for your attention, Have a good one
