Most difficult app

Finding details, copying url pages, finding co info = extremely awkward. No easy sizing info. No easy care directions. Beautiful looking products. UNaccessible. Cutesy not effective or practical. Worst app in clothing

Great Company

Discovered this brand in Munich, Germany. Fell in love. At that time they had a few stores in the USA. I was DESTROYED when Massimo Dutti Wash DC closed. However the online setup is IMPECCABLE. Fast shipping, easy returns, low prices, high quality! They concentrate on classic looks rather than trend. I applaud them for this. Also, be prepared to own unique pieces that NO ONE will have. I enjoy wearing their items knowing that I won’t see them on anybody out on the go. In my opinion all of their leather/suede pieces are the best quality while also having the best price! Don’t believe me... do a google comparison for leather/suede coats, jackets, shirts, or pants in the American market. They win. BRAVO Massimo Dutti!

Bad customer service

I was looking forward to buying some clothes from the store today. As I approached the door I could tell the store was closing. The salesman was closing the door and as I was going to ask what time the store opened the next day, he just closed the door in my face. I was not trying to enter, just wanted to ask a question. A nice lady exiting witnessed the situation and told me they opened at 10 am tue next day. I was humiliated and saddened by this experience. I was really looking forward to buying some clothes. Imagine if this happened to YOU or a loved one. I left the store and left a bad review on Yelp. You may or may not care or do anything but I at least warned other potential customers as to the service. Your corporate office may not do anything but I may least informed them of this experience.

LOSING $100s THANKS TO APP GLITCH

Worst customer service experience related to app glitch. My DELIVERED orders still show up as SENT, despite tracking clearly showing I received my items. Thanks to this, I am unable to return $100s in items I do not want. MD’s customer service is useless- weeks of expedited tickets for app team to fix this, to which there is no response, no fix, no emailed return label as promised. No way to speak to a supervisor. Essentially my items/money are held hostage and no one at MD seems to care. I mentioned disputing the purchase with my bank and was told that if I open a dispute I would no longer be allowed to purchase from MD or Zara. Repeatedly told to wait it out over WEEKS, no updates, no changes. Just two phone calls a day to be told more of the same. So, no way to return despite meeting their return policy, and no way to personally take it up to mgmt. Infuriating.

Application is good

App works good, but please change the photographer and the person who picks up the models. It’s just impossible to understand how the dress or other clothing item looks in normal life. The current photos are just really bad, sorry

Best shopping app ever

Love everything. Easy to navigate. Immediate updates right on the front page. Can’t do without.

Difficult App

I ordered something previously and when I tried to log on, I forgot my password. When I attempted to change my password, several times, the app rejected my new password(s). The app requested that I log on with Facebook, which I did, but the store did not appear. This took longer than I expected. Finally, I just opened another account using my other password. Once I did that, the order was easy.
