Ça fait 5 jours que j’ai commandé sur leur site et les vêtements sont toujours dans l’entrepôt… pas très professionnel. Un conseil, si vous êtes pressé de recevoir vos articles, ne commandez pas 😅 d’autant plus qu’ils n’y sont pas au magasin.

Ongemakkelijke navigatie

De app hapert en is niet handig in gebruik. Ik had me in de winkel de verkeerde kleur hemd in de handen laten duwen en kwam daar pas thuis achter. Ik wilde daarom via de app aan de hand van het hemd in mijn bezit zoeken welke kleur het dan wel had moeten zijn. Ik kon echter het artikelnummer niet ingeven (ingeven ging, maar er gebeurde verder niets) en bij het scannen van de barcode via de app gebeurde er niets. Ook het zoeken en navigeren in de app werkt stroef niet intuïtief. Met zulke app… kan je beter geen app hebben.

Klantenservice reageert absoluut niet + medewerkers willen artikels niet geven van de solden, ze houden het voor zichzelf en doen alsof het niet beschikbaar is

Wij ontvingen de bestelde goederen niet!

Je ne parle absolument pas l’anglais Pourquoi, vous nous imposez une langue que bcp d’entre nous, nous maîtrisons pas !!!!????
