Cannot add multiple items, the app keeps warning some items are out of stock even though they are still shown on the website. If certain items are combined, the system says some of them are out of stock and force to remove from basket. This problem is going on for few months and they dont even bother to fix. Massimo is limiting number of items customers can buy or they just dont want to make sale?! Cant understand the game they are playing really.

After the latest update something wrong with this app. I cant even open it, it keeps asking to retry

The app didn’t work and always told me to retry over and over
Try searching several times with both Ref code and Name but still no products found...
I placed an order (No. 133949275) on Nov 29th and was charged 1 times the total amount of $64.90 (Authorization No. 903442) when it was confirmed, and then I was charged the second time on Dec 6th the same amount of money (Authorization No. 588243). I contacted my bank and they confirmed that your store did charge me 2 times for 2 different transaction. Been sending the emailS for help and it was taking 1 week for the helpless respond, THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
