Too many updates
It’s a decent application.. a few glitches here and there but the worst thing is that we’re requested to update it pretty much on a weekly basis! I reached a point where I stopped shopping at your store all together because of that
Poor and bad payment system
Poor payment system! I added the item to my basket, pressed checkout bottom, filled my payment details, pressed pay and then it took me to the main page and my money is deducted from my bank account! As I didn’t receive any order confirmation. Thank you massimo dutti for not refunding my money.

Waiting for my order more than one month and after that cancel order without any explanation bad customer service
