Ανύπαρκτη εξυπηρέτηση πελατών
Παρήγγειλα 3 είδη από το e-shop. Εξαρχής ενημερώθηκα ότι θα τα παραλάμβανα τμηματικά, σε 2 μέρη. Πράγματι, το πρώτο μέρος μου παραδόθηκε ταχύτατα. Το δεύτερο μέρος όμως, ενώ δεν έφτασε ποτέ σε εμένα, στην εφαρμογή εμφανίζεται σαν να έχει παραδοθεί ήδη. Tracking number δεν μου έχει δοθεί. Έχω στείλει επανειλημμένα μηνύματα σε ένα chat της εφαρμογής που αναφέρεται ως εξυπηρέτηση πελατών (τηλέφωνο για απευθείας επικοινωνία με εκπρόσωπο δεν υπάρχει πουθενά), το αποτέλεσμα όμως παραμένει: έχω πληρώσει για ένα είδος που δεν έχω λάβει και αγνοείται η τύχη του!

Η εφαρμογή καθυστερεί πολύ και δεν είναι φιλικη.

The app shows items in stock in your basket, u get the notification they are out of stock but let’s you again add them as in stock to your basket and this happens also in checkout and payments authorisation.
Very desapoinded
My order has delayed and nobody responds me.there is no support team only auto responds. Very low customer support.it is the last time i use the e shop.
