I just paid for the life time membership and you have charged me 87.99£ but after taking the payment it showed some error massage and now im on the free version and cant find how to contact support.
Asking for £44.99 per month for premium. Ridiculous price.

Excellent app
This is the worst app ever. Don’t get it
Overall the product is very good with an excellent teaching style. However I tested the AI sentence building and it was terrible. In may cases the reply told me the translation was wrong, when actually it was translating a completely different sentence. I was looking at purchasing a lifetime licence but until this this is fixed.
I really wanted to use this app to begin learning my latest new language but it’s missing very basic features now. No way to reset your progress. No way to revisit lessons you want to manually review. No way to review the pronunciation of words that the app tells you you have fully learnt but you can’t for the life of you remember how to say them 🤷♂️A push towards AI Bots that throw impossibly hard content at you when you’ve only encountered a handful of words. App shelved until the team start addressing the basics first. Lifetime subber.
One of the worst languages app I’ve ever used, it it so hard to get on and also it always says that there is a bug. I DO NOT RECCOMEND
This app was a wonderful, intuitive way of learning beginner Spanish, until… about a week in, half of the exercises became conversational writing exercises with AI. While in theory these should be a great way to practice what you’ve learnt, the standard was waaaaay too advanced. From having learnt a few basic words you’re suddenly supposed to understand fairly advanced conversational grammar and vocab, which hadn’t been previously introduced. There was no way to skip these exercises, and it crushed my momentum, to the point where I gave up. I’d definitely consider using this app for French, where I have an intermediate understanding, but as a Spanish beginner, this issue is a real flaw.
