I’m so deeply disappointed in an absolute lack of customer support. I decided to purchase the annual plan, who’s is really expensive, and my card was charged but the app did not grant me access. And this situation showed that there’s absolutely no customer support. There’s info about WhatsApp and iMessage or chat, but it’s just bot operated, claiming that someone will contact you within 24h, yet for 4 days no one did. Thankfully I purchased it via Apple, and Apple support confirmed reimbursement. There’s no one to talk to, they only reply once you write on their social media, yet just to tell you that they are sorry and someone will take care of this. So disappointing.
The content is good though, and that’s why I’m most disappointed as I’m afraid to try to purchase it again.

I’ve just finished the Wildfit and Habot of Ferocity programs. The results are mind blowing. I can literally write a long read on how these programs changed me. If you were struggling many years with productivity, sleep, stress or loosing weight, this is your go-to platform.

App needs improvement + content is limited
Vishen makes millions with Mindvalley. The least we expect is an app that works seamlessly like any other audio / video app: content doesn’t playback well if you turn off the screen or doesnt restart with the AirPods controls. Browsing content is not friendly, user experience needs lots of improvement.
Content is limited, we pay a lot for the annual membership, he sells extra courses for huge extra fees.
Vishen, you seek and wish abundance to us all, you sell helping other people. It’s ok to make a lot of money, however your business practices give other flavor of your what your real colors really are… and what your only objective really is… is it only money??? If you wish to change our world then give everyone the opportunity, not only to the wealthy ones.
