I am also autistic like Vishen and always had a hard time expressing myself and connecting with people face to face - but really Sean’s podcast has really really helped me, I’ve been wanting to grow out of it and connect with others - I have a paper filled with small colorful and all over the place scribbles of all of his teachings from that podcast.. I’m so thankful for him for choosing this path for himself and for all of us - Really, he’s so inspiring to me. This first push of encouragement forward... I can’t even express how truly grateful I am, but, haha - Kinda tearing up and feel all warm inside.. 💗💞💘 .. I’m grinning with hope and eagerness to more of mindvalley’s teachings !

Mind Valley is absolutely worth every penny I spent! And in reality when you consider that every program on here could have cost you at least as much if not more the cost is really just pennies! I am so grateful that Mind Valley has shared these programs with me at such an affordable price. It tells me that while they like all of us need to make money, it’s more about changing lives and the world! I am blessed to be learning and growing daily! Although I feel like I have a good handle on how to create my newly improved life , I have still been struggling and I truly believe I will be able to shift my lifestyle exponentially because of Mind Valley!
