I was considering subscription (2.499 dkk per year, which is approximately 335$). Later I have received an email because I have “expressed interest” in the membership, saying they are giving me a 100$ discount if I join within the next five days. When I pressed the link, I was surprised to discover that the price after the discount (399$) is more expensive than the price I initially saw in the app.
I have also ready many reviews on Trustpilot of people complaining about the costumer service.
Great programs, but
I love the programs available in the app. But you get so many scam requests and Mindvalley does nothing about it. There are also issues with some programs, where you can’t see the content in the app, so you’re forced to switch between web and app. And while support is polite, they’re running on a script and nothing happens.
The instructors talk about programs that are no longer available and that they follow up in the community. They don’t.
It’s a lot of money to pay for a year’s subscription. And you gay access to a lot of content. But don’t expect anything beyond.

Content great, navigation experience not.
While the content is awesome the navigation is extremely annoying and not user friendly and intuitive. Stop watching things cause of that.
Dissappointed
Not what I expected of the full membership. They have programs on their platform which are not included in the expensive full membership, but it is not evident until only after you purchase the membership… I felt a bit fooled for falling into the trap of getting the full membership since only one course ended up being relevant for me. Additionally, most of the courses ar focused on productivity and self-development as opposed to subject-matter expert courses.

My Programs disappeared
I had to open and close the app 3 times before I was able to see my programs. That’s just not okay - please fix 🙏
I’ve bought a couple of programs that I love. Last time it was the Silva Ultramind System and I have to say I’m deeply disappointed with the quality of the sound in some of the tracks. A professional company like yours should be able to deliver top quality meditations and guidances not just in content but also in sound and speak!
