Logged out and can't login or access support?

I've been using mindvalley for a couple of years. I love the programs... two weeks ago I was logged out, I've tried resetting my password numerous times and I still can't login in. Very frustrating as I can't seem to find any support email?!

Account access

I joined Mindvalley in September 2022 Last week I suddenly could not access my account via this app I have deleted and reinstalled the app and sought help via the support centre but have only had assistance from a virtual assistant which has been useless Getting very frustrating with this situation

Horrendous, woeful, shameful customer “service”

I paid for a membership via PayPal on 8th Jan 2022 and never got any signup link or have been able to access anything. Have been trying in vein get help from ‘support’ ever since. After 2 will weeks of wasting my time and getting nowhere, I’m going to log a dispute with PayPal. I obviously can’t comment on the app itself, but it certainly makes you wonder when they invest so little into customer service. I’m expecting to get the typical response to this review telling me they’re sorry I’ve had this experience and directing back to the useless and non responsive “support “ team.

Exorbitant monthly membership increases

I had been a monthly subscriber to Mindvalley up to December 2022 and decided to take a break over the Christmas holidays. Mindvalley subsequently increased its monthly rate from AU$80.99/month to AU$139/month when I tried to rejoin, NOT HAPPY!!

Life empowering

I’ve followed Mindvalley for years now because there’s just always a course I want to follow or learn from. Every single course teaches me so much about myself and how to heal myself from the inside out. I’ve changed so much as a person and become a confident individual who looks forward to growing more as a person that gives back to society. I’ve given up on falsely “standing up” for myself in every conversation and realised that I needn’t proof my point to anyone. It is completely ok to be different and to think differently. And it is rather interesting to learn that people think differently. Mindvalley grew me to hell up.

Great programs, buggy app

Content is fantastic and very helpful. Unfortunately I have found over the last couple months that the iPad app is consistently buggy, it’s hard to click through to courses etc. Hope the Mindvalley team can fix these problems with the iPad app so that I can improve my rating 😉

These people don’t follow their own terms of service and the customer “service” is rude and not thorough. Avoid.

Purchased membership just for one program which didn’t work

Purchased membership to access the second Burt Goldman program they have on offer. During the membership the program didnt work and support replied To my question with generic steps which I had already seen and tried on their FAQs anyway. Then radio silence . I tried multiple contacts including sending video screen share clearly outlining the problem. It seemed like a tech issue. 3 month later I was out of pocket for 3 month membership and still couldn’t access the program, hadn’t used app for anything else , so just cancelled membership what a waste of money. Looks like a good company for some and I’ll happily remove this review if support can actually help me either by refunding me for the 3 months or giving me 3 months access to the other Burt Goldman program. This is only fair.
