I am so incredibly happy that the Mindvalley add about Lifebook came up. I watched the whole add, the masterclass, then bought the 6 week course! It has been an amazing journey to get to know myself and discover what I want out of this amazing life I have been given. I am not yet finished with this 6 weeks quest and already feel my life is changing for good. I have just completed 4 weeks and couldn’t hold my self back to share my reviews how incredibly awesome this quest this. I am more conscious than before for every single day. I am feeling magical moments such as my chores are finishing before time and I have some spare time for my self. How was that possible with 3 kids under 5 years of age? Although anyone can do this quest but I specially recommend it for couple who have kids. Best gift for yourself. Thoughtful investment of time. I’m a huge fan of what Mindvalley offers
I’ve done several Mindvalley programs and I love them. I started with the Silva meditation program several years ago and this year on a member of Lifebook and I’ve just finished a quest with JuanPablo Barahona. I’ve also loved previous programs/quests with Christie Marie Sheldon, Marisa Peer and Jim Quik. And of course, Vishen Lakhiani’s own programs. There is so much here. This is the one stop for all things in personal development and spiritual growth
