Only one thing to say ,,,the way of their teaching , time ,courses, teachers, supporters technology all are mind-blowing .Im never ever feel tired to learn & to attend the classes .😀❤️
I’ve only tried the free programs so far and have come away feeling changed for the better. So many life coaches promise to show you great techniques in a master class but most are just 60 minutes of advertising their paid course with a 5 minute technique that most already know tacked on. Mindvalley has a wonderful vision for the world and give away some fantastic programs for free.

I have a tech issue I have been trying to resolve for past two hours. Just an endless loop of time wasting choices - try WhatsApp - try the text bubble - try our customer service link. You might have a good front end product but if your customer service is a fail -‘your total product is a fail -‘you can’t separate the two.
Hi, I’ve had difficult contacting customer support. Email is no longer active and the online chat is not working. Before and after the recent update, the meditations have not been loading. Please assist.
I love the programs but the lack of customer support makes it difficult at times. My search button is gone. I have favorites and quests I want to go right to and can’t. Nobody to contact. There is zero customer support.
I like MV, and am a subscriber. But the frustrations with the iOS app, really take me out of the moment when using the app. There are constant issues that really compromise the flow one would hope to have when working with this kind of material. If it’s not an issue with text entry in the community, (recently improved), or bad actors using SPAM profiles to promote Bitcoin scams, circumventing blocking and reporting features, recreating the same SPAM accounts over and over again, it’s the search features performing poorly and bookmarks failing to open saved meditations… the list seems ongoing. In order to really engage the platform, and feel safe, part of my routine is reporting repeat SPAM profiles daily, and bouncing around from the web UI to the iOS UI in order to get fuller functionality. For instance, if I want to get a full list of tags for a post, the iOS UI shows a partial list and the web the full list. If I want to see the posts of other users, I have to view their profiles on the web UI, the iOS app won’t show their previous posts, which is part of getting to know someone and keep up with them. And another thing with profiles, the latest update broke many user’s profile pictures and doesn’t show their complete bios. Many bookmarked meditations, from programs my subscription gives access, are inaccessible, report back as requiring a subscription I already have. Other bookmarks don’t even respond to tapping, and support recommends I find them by navigating to them in different ways, essentially negating the benefit of the bookmarking feature. Search results loop and keep refreshing. There’s just so many little annoyances that shouldn’t be part of a well thought out, functional app. This kind of “not ready for prime time” implementation doesn’t seem to align with the standards Vishen, the founder, promotes. As he says in one of his programs, “Turn a problem into a project.” I’ve tried to do this, reporting feedback, chatting with support, sending screenshots and videos, recommending to other users to share their feedback, to no avail. MV could be SO much better if I felt I could trust and rely on the platform. There’s so much great content! Such a nice aesthetic. But when the app is constantly failing in usability, it diminishes the whole experience. I think they can do a LOT better.
