Issues around saving and loading

I want to like this app. I like the structure, but it often struggles to load very often. It seems to have issues saving and loading previous data.

Best Japanese App

I’m have used many apps to learn, especially kanji and vocabulary. But this app does it all- pronunciation, sentence examples, writing. And when it tests you, it mixes up the forms of learning to challenge you. It’s also so rewarding to use!

I’m somewhat new to learning Japanese and this app makes learning fun, challenging and rewarding.

Something like once a month or so this program loses all my information and *INFURIATINGLY* they have no way to get in touch with them other than through Facebook messenger. Please either fix your software so this doesn’t happen or ( really and ) have some reasonable way for people to get support that front in live Meta

Fun app

I like this app, but as of today there was an issue with my account. I bought the 3 year subscription a couple weeks ago, I made some progress, but for some reason it timed me out of my session and didn’t save my progress. It’s making me have to buy three year plan again:( . I’m wondering if there is a way to retrieve my progress, because I really love this app and it’s so fun.

Denied account access

I paid $30 for annual service and used it for about 3 months. I had a baby and life got in the way - and all of a sudden I couldn't access my account. My subscription and everything was erased from apple, even though I have the receipt. Their only contact is through facebook (not even an email). I don't use facebook, so I had to find my old account before even contacting them. I finally sent them the receipt and the next day they requested it again, so I sent it again, and a 3rd time. Now they are asking questions about when I last accessed premium account stuff and what lesson I was on. Additionally, there are major flaws to this app: the biggest one is the authors are not native English OR Japanese speakers and sometimes use English vocab that isn't the most accurate, I sent in a lot of notices in september, but having to answer words somewhat incorrectly (instead of editing it myself) was frustrating when trying to learn the best and most accurate words. The second is always having to be online - I live in a place that doesn't always have the best cell service or internet, I should be able to access downloaded lessons offline (this may have changed in the past couple months).

Premium payment issues

Although I use the MochiKana app and love it and upgrading to premium was a snap, I can’t say the same about MochiKanji. I tried to upgrade to the 3year option and it kept giving me an error message but when I checked my banking account the payment was taken. There’s no quick way to contact support. I can email or message in Facebook messenger but that takes forever. Now I’ve paid for a service that I can’t use and I can’t contact anyone right away for assistance. That should be something to definitely improve

Great app

Love mochikanji app it helps me memorize word better

Good but

I like the app but it won’t save my progress with the conversations. After completing them they will turn green, but upon reopening the app, they revert back to incomplete.
