Banco horrível
Me mudei para Uk faz um mês, sou do Brasil tenho contas em todos os bancos lá, com o mais alto score lá, não estou pedindo nada para esse banco, e eles negaram abrir conta sendo que eu só estava tentando abrir para pagar as contas do dia a dia, minha esposa está trabalhando aqui, veio transferida e tb não conseguiu abrir conta nesse banco . Qual o risco Monzo? Não estou pedindo cartão nada, somente para colocar o dinheiro meu no banco de vcs. Todos bancos digitais que conheço não tem a burocracia deste banco. Banco inclusivo, ele inclui quem está trabalhando, que está cuidando das crianças em casa para a esposa trabalhar ele não inclui. Ridículo

simply the first time I put money into my account, they robbed me, they froze my account because they were updating it, and they didn't respond to me. They stole my money! Don't put money there unless you want to be robbed! Monzo are a bunch of thieves

Tentei abrir uma conta mas quando coloco o telefone aparece que já está em uso quando não está. Não consigo abrir uma conta e não sai dessa tela na qual aparece que meu telefone já está cadastrado.

super disappointed with Monzo, they cancel your account, and don't care if you need it or not, they don't explain the reason and they discard you when you least expect it! I'm very sad, you should change that!
