Sehr gut
Ich nutze die App samt Festplatten seit Jahren und bin komplett zufrieden. Ich nutze es für meine Firma und kann immer und zuverlässig aus der Ferne auf meine Daten zugreifen. Auch im Heimnetzwerk läuft alles sehr sehr gut im Appleuniversum.
Seit gestern keine Cloudfunktion
Seit gestern funktioniert der Cloudzugriff nicht mehr. Alle Versuche es wieder hinzubekommen waren leider wirkungslos.
Das neueste Update funktioniert nicht
Die App iOS 5 ist auch nach dem aktuellem Update nicht zu gebrauchen. Film- sowie Musikdateien werden höchstens 30 Minuten abgespielt und dann folgt die Fehlermeldung: die Datei kann nicht abgespielt werden. Schade, vor einigen Wochen hat alles noch einwandfrei funktioniert
PC keine Unterstützung mehr
Die App ios5 ist ok leider ist bei Windows 11 kein Netzwerkzugriff mehr möglich.
Mit 1 Stern noch überbewertet
Das taugt alles nix. Tracknamen werden auf 8 kryptische Zeichen gekürzt, abspielen von .mp3-Files ist wie Lotto, die angeblich deutschen Hilfeseiten verwandeln sich ab Seite 2 in englischsprachige (am falschen Ende gespart), der Support ist desinteressiert und langsam. Finger weg von WD
Login nicht möglich
Die App ist so nicht zu gebrauchen jedes Mal wird man zu wd geleitet und dann stürzt die App ab und die Hilfe ist eine Katastrophe
Nicht geht mehr
Seit dem neusten Update kein Möglichkeit Sich sich anzumelden ist echt Essig sowas kein Zugriff mehr von Handy und Tablett mehr. Hoffe es wird wieder sonst muss ich nach eine anderen Lösung schauen

nach 2 Tagen Update war alles ok, seither läuft es problemlos
Der Upgrade war nach 2 Tagen erledigt. Da es bei vielen anderen klappte, war die Anspannung kaum spürbar. In Summe war’s ok, Vorteile wegen der neuen Apps sehe ich nicht… Habe es halt gemacht, weil es sein musste.
