Thank you for your service. This has really made a difference in my life knowing where my numbers are at a glance. Your app is easy to use . I would of gave it a 5 star but the print is so small and have a difficult time reading it. Other than that I thank you again.

Did’nt place order

I tried 3 times placing an order through the app and it never went through. I went to the website so hopefully my order goes through since I’ve been purchasing my own supplies.

Terrible service terrible app

There are many problems with this app but the most important thing is that you won't receive a supplies order confirmation list. So they will send you whatever they want! And you can not prove it.

Don't believe the people in sales

I had to switch my medical supplier as my previous one did not take Medicaid. I was told I wouldn't have to pay any out-of-pocket copayments. My items were covered 100%. It turns out that's not true. Even though they're charging four times what the product retails for they still want more money from me. I'm placing this last order, then shopping for a new supplier.

Appreciate an App but it’s buggy

Update: My last order never processed but I got the confirmation email, rep claimed they didn’t have Dr information but I could see it in account details on my account page, same Doctor’s information that has been there for over a year. The rep then began asking for the items I would like to order, I tried to give the order number but they said I would have to place a new order and loose the previous months order. They dropped the ball and kept trying to skirt around it. I actually had two chat representatives disconnect me when they could tell me what was going on. The reps names we’re Daisy Mae and Fernandez. I love having the option of using an app to reorder but it’s constantly freezing and crashing. Often skips pass the fingerprint login or it opens an closes so fast you don’t even have time to put your thumb on the reader. It’s sometimes takes several days for me to complete the order because the app freezes while adding items to the cart. This month it has been especially bad.

Orders not going through

I have made orders at least 4 times now through the app and none of them have shown in the order history, I haven’t received any orders, and my most recent order was cancelled with no explanation.

My sensor

I am so happy I finally got a sensor so I don’t have to worry about my highs or lows my phone or watch let’s me know and I can monitor what I eat when I eat. This has made my life easier I can check before I exercise and when I’m playing golf it lets me know I’m running low before I get low. Thank you

Do not have any brand accessories

This company does not provide any brand name products for adhesive removal or adhesives all they have are brand names which are useless. Also it does not carry any cavillon products which are essential they say they are back ordered which does not make sense since I get them elsewhere without a problem.
