Is TripSource free?
Yes, TripSource is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is TripSource legit?
⚠️ The TripSource app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
Probably one of the worst apps on my phone.
Taking photos of receipts to catalogue on a trip does not work. Next time going into app previous receipts are gone although they have been “saved”. Have to start all over again but don’t bother because they will be wiped every time.
Logging in although fingerprint access is activated the app decides when it will let you do this, so keep password handy.
Very frustrating app that doesn’t do what it says it does.
Version 4.0 has lost most of the Apps functionality
I have been a big fan of the Trip Source App but the latest iteration, Version 4.0, was clearly released before it was ready. Much of the Apps functionality and utility has been lost. I hope the team can fix this soon.
Customised trip names have been lost. No trips can be edited for content. No custom trip names can be provided. You cannot add trip items to existing trips, unless it is a hotel and there is no option to view App settings, adjust your profile, share your trip, or change your preferences.
All you can do is view trips already loaded on the system.
A huge disappointment and I am sure the team is not prepared for this to last long. Fingers crossed the new version is remedied soon

I hate having to log in every time I use the app
1st time user
Nice to have trip summary in tabs easily visible in good sized font. Many pertinent trip details are all in the app main tabs and then more under the "i" icon but not luggage weight limit or check in time.
Add to calendar function is not good as it just blocks out the entire flight day/duration, regardless of layovers, so I end up still having to manually enter individual flight legs.
Now to find out how to unsubscribe &/or delete the calendar entry/ subscription
Flight duration is not specified. Not sure how to delete old messages on checking in once event has past. Not sure if it will store past trips or for how long
Perhaps could store e-boarding passes on app in future versions? Not intuitive to install like when I change phones or to install on iPad
All in all, a fairly good first time experience
Epic fail from the start
Won't let me login (button disabled) despite having a valid account and keeps popping up messages asking me to register.
Works well
Make sure your email address is the same as the one used in your registration.
Don’t believe the ratings
No chance this is a well-rated app. The chat doesn’t work, they seldom answer calls unless you can wait 25-30mns on the line, and their app is a portal to your business’s interface. Just unbelievably wasteful
No iPad support, looks terrible at it is unusable in a tablet.

App doesn’t show trip info immediately
Reservation showed up a day later in the app, baggage claim info showed up 3 hours after the flight has arrived.
Whether it’s airlines, hotels, or rental car companies, they all have their own mobile app that allows me to contact them directly, not sure why I need this app…
Doesn’t click buttons on iPhone
Not sure is this is an app problem, or an iPhone problem. But when I fill an address to select a car rental agency, clicking “Select location” button on the app does nothing. It could even be an SAP concur issue. I don’t know. But this is a massive pain
