Amount deducted even on trial

I don’t understand why amount was deducted when this app is on trial. I’ve even cancelled my trial subscription so why was this changed ? Update: this has been sorted out. I’ve submitted a refund request and it went through.

Can’t add more

The app by itself is good to build ur family tree but the subscription is way expensive and it’s a yearly renewal which is a turn off… if it’s a 1 time payment I wouldn’t mind paying for … the free version suppose to accommodate 250 ppl but now I’m on 216 ppl but can’t add more ppl.. don’t know why is it halted …
