Not satisfied: I sent invitations to family members I created in the app. When entering an email address to invite someone, the app suggested an autocomplete option based on my contacts. However, instead of using the correct email, it added the letters I typed before the existing email prefix. For example, if the correct email was ferko@, and I typed fer to search, the app generated ferferko@. Worse yet, even after manually correcting the email, it still saved the incorrect version. Additionally, the free version does not allow adding both parents for a person beyond four generations—if I add a second parent, the first one disappears. And on top of that, the subscription price is ridiculously high for what it offers. I’m deleting the app

Dear friends, if the quality of the services you provide continues to deteriorate, I will consider terminating the use of your services after the end of the current subscription. Specifically, I am mainly referring to the latest "update" in which the data is no longer important to me, and the comparison of matches with a specific person in terms of ethnicity, as it was before the so-called "updating". What is now is absolutely insufficient for my research, it is a significant "step back"!!! If you call this "improvement of services", then that is unfair and stupid. I don't understand why you did it, you didn't provide any explanatory information, I also wrote to support, but no response yet. You come up with various "improvements" that definitely require increased costs and cancel those that are good and necessary for a certain way of research. For me, it is important where I come from, where my family "roots" are, which of my ancestors came from where, I want to know as much as possible about it, and the data that you canceled with your "update" also helped me in this. I hope you understood and understand that you are useless for my research. The money I pay you can be used in other, more meaningful ways. Best regards, Novák

Unfinished app

I was surprised to find that the app is actually unfinished. The health reports redirect to the webpage which has placeholder texts in several sections. So the app only serves to display basic results.

This app is fine, but ….

I absolutly don’t like the business case behind it. You take information for free from me and sell it to other. Before adding people to my tree from a found match they ask me if this found match is correct. I say yes and they tell me that fir adding I have to pay. You don’t even allow me to contact the poeple or view their trees. That’s quite mean.

I can’t switch between kits when checking the DNA matches. (iPhone 13 mini) Every time I pull the view down to reveal the kits, it comes back up and hides behind the menu bar.
