They give fake data, stop responding for any requests after payment And no help with any issues I don’t recommend and I really regret using it. They owe me my ticket money

Really bad experience
I booked through the app and had to cancel the ticket, they cancelled the ticket but not able to refund my ticket, tried several time with their customer service and keep telling me the same story that they are waiting authorization from Airline and when I checked Airline website, no refund request is issued at all.
Horrible support and a scam
The support kept me for 1 hr. Just to answer one question also they took more money than wht is on the app. Hope they can get my money back if it is a good company
No support
No costumer service or help center.
Very bad application
Their priority is only taking your money even if your trip was cancelled because the airline company changed the time of your time that the application offered forget your money They told me about 30 times we will send an email to confirm your refund and I'm waiting for 50 days and they didn't even bother Themself to apologize This is my last time using this application I don't recommend this application at all. Such a hustler
Really more bad i not suggest that to anyone
They did not find the ticket number in check in , and he told me this is a fake ticket. We do not have your name or number in the list. I contacted them a lot, and I did not find any of them helping me. Then they told me that we will take some fees and send you the rest of the money, and nothing has happened so far. I do not recommend this company to anyone
Worst app ever don’t book flights from here
I booked a flight ticket from my trip the flight changed and the booking kept on the old time so I went to the airport on the old time flight and I discovered it’s cancelled and I should book the next flight I waited 12 hours in the airport for the next flight very bad experience no phone number for helping
No customer Service Phone
The customer service phone number is never available… My trip got updated and they didn’t contact me to inform me
Terrible experience
I had a terrible experience with Mytrip. While I was booking, the price increased by £50 within two minutes. The program is very complicated and extremely inconvenient. Using it is very frustrating, with constant requests for information. I spent 20 minutes just on registration. In the end, the price increased, and I couldn't book or purchase tickets. During payment, the connection failed twice. I do not recommend it to anyone
