Borderline scam
This is the worst service of any industry that I’ve ever encountered. Really good at advertising cheap flights and collecting your money. I went to check in with my booking confirmation and the airline could not even find my flights. Never deal with this organisation or any of their subsidiaries.
Scammers
Hi i dont know how they are 4.6 in rating chart but they are scammers. They ask me to change my ticket as flight reschedule i tried they said cancelled and apply for refund. Hence i applied refund. Now its more then 7 months they are just not answering. It was my hard earn money and i dont want anybody to loose their hard earn money. Please avoid them
Scammer
Alert, please don’t use them. Booked my flight from Perth to New Zealand. They don’t send you email for check in and when u go the check at the air port, they don’t have the same booking number. My whole flight got cancelled and when I called, no one bothered to pick up or do anything. I end up booking directly with the airline another flight and lost 750$.

Very Disappointing
I have been waiting for my refund for more than 6 months after airline cancelled my flight. I have contacted the airline which advised that they have made the refund to mytrip few months ago already. I have contacted mytrip several times and all I heard was that they inform the refund team. I have not received any information or update whatsoever and the refund still hasn’t actioned yet.

Worst App ever saw
Booked a trip using them. Couldn’t add details of trip to the app. Tried atleast 20 times and finally gave up and uninstalled.
