I booked tickets for 5 passengers and they were only able to issue tickets for two but still working on the others. 5 hrs later, they canceled for 4 passengers and when I asked them to also cancel it for the 5 passenger as there is no way 1 passenger will fly alone, they charged me a cancellation fee. It was their fault and I had to pay a cancellation fee. I still don’t know if I’m getting my money back yet because it’s been taken out from my card. Don’t waste your money on those scammers.

The person assisting me wrote to say there would be no change fee due to issues with your system. When I selected and paid for the dates, the date changed . I informed her about this, and she assured me everything was fine. However, when she attempted to correct the dates, she encountered the same problem. Subsequently, she acknowledged the system issues and agreed to waive the fee. Yet, when I received the payment link, I was charged the fee, contradicting her earlier statement that there was a problem with the system.

Very bad customer service . I booked flight with this app and paid for a flexible tickets . When trying to change the departure date, they just offered to buy a new ticket.

I made a typo in a passenger name while booking and let Mytrip.com know within an hour of booking. During the first few interactions I was told I need to pay $56 to get the name corrected and $112 to cancel the booking. I thought $56 is better than spending $112. Now after multiple calls and chats I am now being told that I need to spend $71 more making the total to $127, in that way I would have been better off cancelling and rebooking. And even if I pay $71 more I don’t know if I won’t be asked for more money for such a trivial matter. My learning is to never book from any third party and directly book with the airline themselves.

I can see from many reviews that others are also questioning the insane extra fees, especially the bag fee, and well everything. Ticket price they paid airline $218, I paid mytrip $300. I get like $20 or something, but this is too much. My fault for not reading the reviews. I will never use this service again.

Flight changes are not reflected in the app, only the original booking.

While the trip went well, they charged a significant amount for the seat reservation over what the airline charges. They charged almost $67 more for one way and another $40 for the return. Recommend booking the seats with the airline directly. They also wanted it’s a bit more for the luggage but thankfully I didn’t select that option with them. Also the airline changed our seats and we didn’t get what we paid for.
