I had a terrible experience with Mytrip. While I was booking, the price increased by £50 within two minutes. The program is very complicated and extremely inconvenient. Using it is very frustrating, with constant requests for information. I spent 20 minutes just on registration. In the end, the price increased, and I couldn't book or purchase tickets. During payment, the connection failed twice. I do not recommend it to anyone

Terrible service. Cancelled a flight has connections changed. Took 2 months and endless phone calls to get a refund. Was given emails addresses to which I never replied too and never a manage to speak to. Just same message of wait but we don’t know when we will refund you. Awful

These people don’t even deserve one star!! I booked my flight for July and they have not sent me e-ticket. I call them and now they asking me to pay extra money which was not mentioned on the email. The guy I spoke to was very rude!!

I booked a fly, then the airline cancelled it. I called the airline, they said “no problems in this case we refund in full, but you bought your ticket through MyTrip, so you need to apply for the refund by them”. I phoned MyTrip the same day (now one month ago) and raised the refund request, they said “ok”, I received no email and no refund request reference, then I called again 1 week later asking for developments, they said “there is no developments at the moment, it’s too early”. Now (1month after my first call) I contacted them by chat, the authomatic chat said “there is no refund request open on my account”, I waited hours in chat waiting to chat with an agent m, but no one came.
I checked everywhere a way or a form or even through the chat to make a complaint, there is no way.

Hello everyone, I bought five tickets to Greece with my family, we took a direct flight to Crete. After I paid and went to check if everything was ok, I found that they changed my itinerary, making me stop for 8 hours in Germany. So I contacted them and asked them to fix it or give me my money back. They said there was no proof it was their mistake and there was nothing they could do. I had to cancel my reservation and still paid a fee of £170.00. All this in minutes…
