Been using it and its very good. Best vpn around after trying so many others.
Difficult and doesn’t seem to work
I had difficulty in turning on the apps as I constantly experience failure to sign in. When I finally sign in, I couldn’t make it to work. Disappointing apps. Nit recommended.
SCAM SCAM SCAM
Paid “one time,one month” fee of $11.95. Supposed to be money back guarantee. I was unable to access even once during 2 weeks in China. They ignored my numerous emails over a one month period. Then they tried to charge me again. I had to cancel n reissue my credit card. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!
Makes my phone very slow
Not sure this app works very well makes my phone very slow pages don’t load
No live customer support
The service is great, however, I recently enrolled in an employer benefit for Identity theft protection powered by Norton. I wanted to know if it was possible to cancel my recent renewal and get a refund as I won’t need their vpn next year, it is included with my benefit. All they detail in the email though is how to turn off auto renewal. I have already done this and can’t seem to get a straight answer. There’s no phone number to contact and I’ve tried to resolve this three different ways.

Stay away from them. If you have an issue, the only way to get to them is by email. I’ve been waiting for three days for someone to reply. Three days that I can’t use the vpn. If you pay for a yearly subscription and want to cancel, you loose your money.
