NordVPN: VPN Fast & Secure

The app is getting worst and worst and the main use of going through it to access media from other countries is working more les and less.

I had previously been a satisfied customer of NordVPN, having subscribed to their one-year plan with the expectation of secure and unrestricted internet access. However, my experiences since moving to China have been deeply disappointing and, frankly, quite frustrating. While NordVPN markets itself as a VPN that provides access to the internet without restrictions, my reality in China has been far from this. As soon as I arrived, I found myself unable to use the service at all. My communication with NordVPN's support team only added to my frustration. They offered me a solution which was far from satisfactory. Their advice was simply to "try many servers one after another, and if possible, all of them". This is not a practical solution. Not only is it time-consuming and laborious, but it also lacks any guarantee of success. It also puts the burden of problem-solving on the customer, rather than the company addressing the issue at its source. Another thing that added to my disappointment is that NordVPN does not make it clear that their service may not function optimally in certain restricted areas. This is something that should be explicitly mentioned in their advertising. Customers should be able to make an informed decision about the services they purchase, and in this regard, I believe NordVPN has failed. I understand the complexities associated with providing VPN services in a country like China, with its extensive online restrictions. However, I believe NordVPN, as a provider, should take more responsibility for ensuring its services function as advertised and for communicating clearly with its customers about potential limitations. I am writing this review in the hope that it will serve as a cautionary tale for others considering NordVPN, particularly those living in or planning to move to China. Given my experiences, I would recommend looking into other VPN services that might have a better track record of functioning in restricted areas.

Not sure this app works very well makes my phone very slow pages don’t load

The service is great, however, I recently enrolled in an employer benefit for Identity theft protection powered by Norton. I wanted to know if it was possible to cancel my recent renewal and get a refund as I won’t need their vpn next year, it is included with my benefit. All they detail in the email though is how to turn off auto renewal. I have already done this and can’t seem to get a straight answer. There’s no phone number to contact and I’ve tried to resolve this three different ways.

Very strong but it draw network a lot

Stay away from them. If you have an issue, the only way to get to them is by email. I’ve been waiting for three days for someone to reply. Three days that I can’t use the vpn. If you pay for a yearly subscription and want to cancel, you loose your money.

I subscribed on my MacBook to use on my other devices as well. iOS app log in button gets stuck and no matter how many times I redownload I cannot login. I’m paying for something I can’t use. Why is this?! The support website is not working and this should not be provided as a solution. My mobile phone does not load the support website. What is an email I can reach out from?
