Cannot recognise HK SAR passport
Said it was a Chinese passport and I was not eligible for an NZeTA.
Smooth process
Not sure why they get 1 star. I complete the whole process within 5 mins, super easy to use and user friendly. Best compared to visa app from other countries I been to
Poor system
I scanned 4 HK passports. Two works and two don’t.
System was not up-to-date
The data of system was not up-to-date as it cannot identify the newest version of Hong Kong SAR passport
cannot scan Hong Kong passport
when i scan the Hong Kong passport, it indicates that visa is required and cannot proceed to the next step.
Problem fix
I am a Hong Kong passport holder, after the scanning , it saying that it required me to apply a visa due to the system verified my passport is CHINA. Could your please help to fix this problem?
Scanning problem
The passport scanning is suck, I have scanned several times but it still doesn’t work. After fill in all the personal information, the payment page didn’t show up
Terrible App!
Passport scanner never works but at the same time doesn’t provide feedback as to why scanning wasn’t successful. Terrible experience
